3. Account Registration

To place orders or access certain features, you may create an account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products and Ordering

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive to display product colors and details accurately but cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exact.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or suspected fraud.

Please note that all product measurements are taken manually, so a small variation or error is possible.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If we cancel your order, we will issue a refund.

Product star ratings are calculated as the rounded average of all ratings received. Ratings may take some time to update after new submissions.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in AUD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We ship within Australia only. Our “free shipping” offer applies to standard deliveries where our shipping cost is under AUD $15, which covers most metro areas and some rural locations within Australia.

For bulk orders, oversized items, or deliveries to certain remote or regional areas where shipping costs exceed AUD $15, additional shipping charges may still apply. Any such charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change-of-mind returns: You may return unused items within 7 days of receipt. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your expense. Items must be in original condition and packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees. Once we receive your returned product in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Returns can be sent to:
